“Entering the role as event planner I was so overwhelmed but CHPTR has made it so stress free! You can add vendors yourself and you pay everything through the app so that everything is in one place which is very helpful when you book multiple things for one single event! “Since being in this position, Chptr has been there for me every step of the way! They have helped me when I needed it. Even if it was just to map out everything I wished for the New Member period, they helped me find ways to make that happen! Chptr helps us to be the best council we can be through tracking attendance, having phone numbers ready, and giving each position special attention to help us grow. KD has a smaller council than a lot of sororities so it can feel overwhelming with all we do, but Chptr helps relieve some of that stress! They have been probably the biggest stress reliever in this job, they are so kind and thorough with me! I don’t know what I would do without Chptr!”

“Right from the start Chptr blew my mind. During the first few months of my term as VP, I saved at least 8 hours a week. Chptr allows for the most efficient ways to effectively use attendance, excuses and any and all point systems. In our chapter we have 3 different point systems, so it can get confusing, with Chptr that wasn't the case. I had a page for each system that clearly defined which points were approved, denied and pending. As for attendance, we had problems in the past with using location fields and automatically scanning girls in that weren't actually at an event. With Chptr, you manually check girls in using a QR code, and you are able to give access to as many people as you would like so it is done quickly and more accurately. “

“My experience with treasurer has been one I have learned from, grew from, and bloomed all with the help of the Chptr team. They are there for constant guidance and a helping hand when needed. Sometimes it is nerve wracking as a treasurer when paying large amounts and knowing Chptr has vetted Delta Gamma’s vendors gives me peace of mind.
